Download résumé01 / A WAY OF WORKING
Technology matters most when it removes friction, creates clarity, and makes people’s work easier.
Understand how something actually works.
A solution has to work outside a demo.
Unknown technology is something to investigate, not avoid.
02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE SYSTEMS
I'm an IT professional and systems builder with more than 13 years of experience across infrastructure, support, networking, identity, endpoints, administration, and automation.
Over time, the problems I wanted to solve became larger than individual tools. That pushed me deeper into automation, software, AI-assisted workflows, and product development.
Today, I enjoy working at the point where operations and software meet: understanding how a system actually works, identifying where friction exists, and building practical ways to improve it.
03 / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, identity, endpoint management, networking, business systems, automation, and independent product development.

04 / CAPABILITIES
Connected domains, built from years of hands-on work and continued exploration.
The foundation people rely on every day.
The right access. The right device. The full lifecycle.
Less repetition. More room for meaningful work.
Operational information made useful.
Extending operations thinking into working software.
Connecting the tools to the way the business works.
05 / SELECTED WORK
Some started as work problems. Others started as questions. They span operational systems, products, and research.
An internal operations platform built from real IT operational needs, connecting context across service desk, identity, devices, assets, networks, reporting, and business workflows.

TOOLS · AUTOMATION · EXPERIMENTS · LEARNING
Not every project starts as a product. Some begin as a workflow I want to improve, a system I want to understand, or an idea I want to test.

One environment for building and testing independent projects.
A shared project environment created to consolidate active products, experiments, staging environments, and development workflows before individual projects move to their own production domains.
THE COMMON THREAD
Understand the system, find the friction, and build something useful.

YOO! ecosystem and operational tools
AI-assisted systems and automation
Enterprise IT, identity, endpoints, networks, reporting
New infrastructure, automation, AI, and software approaches
06 / STILL CURIOUS
Questions in progress. Room to discover what comes next.
Using AI to reduce administrative friction and improve internal workflows.
Exploring how independent applications can share intelligence and workflows.
Building systems that observe, report, and respond to operational conditions.
Experimenting with better ways to interpret personal financial information.
A SIMPLE CONVICTION
Good technology is not impressive because it is complicated. It is impressive when the complexity underneath creates something simple, reliable, and useful above it.
